Japanese Small Hand Broom

A tool for your self and space, a broom to used to wipe off unwanted things from fabrics made by Shirokiya Denbe, a 7 generation broom company established in Tokyo’s historic Ginza neighborhood in the Tenpo era.  They are known for their long handled Edo Broom, a broom intended for cleaning and preserving tatami mats. All of their brooms are made from handpicked hokimorokoshi grass stems based on firmness, thickness and color.  

Use like a brush with a gentle sweeping movement with the side of the broom for removing particles from textiles—clothing, curtains, tablecloths, bedding.
